Request data deletion

You can request deletion of personal information associated with GPTWala webinar registrations, communications, and connected social-publishing accounts.

Include in your request

1. The email address or phone number used to register, or the connected Meta or Google account name.
2. Your full name.
3. A short statement asking us to delete your GPTWala data.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify that you control the email address, phone number or connected account so we do not delete another person's information. After verification, we will remove or anonymize eligible records, delete stored social credentials and unpublished media covered by the request, and confirm completion. Limited transaction, security or compliance records may be retained when reasonably required.

Disconnect social publishing

You may also revoke GPTWala access from your Meta or Google account settings. This stops future publishing. Content already published to Instagram, Facebook or YouTube must be removed from the relevant platform separately.

Stop WhatsApp messages immediately

You may also reply STOP to a GPTWala WhatsApp message or email us and ask to withdraw WhatsApp consent. Future non-essential reminders will be suppressed.
