Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use a GPTWala website, workshop, dashboard, communication, or authorised Instagram automation.
Who may use the service
You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Administrative dashboard features may be used only by authorised GPTWala team members. You are responsible for protecting your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
Workshops and communications
When you register for a workshop or request information, you authorise us to provide registration, joining, reminder, replay, support and related service communications using the contact details and permissions you supplied. Marketing communications remain subject to your consent and available opt-out choices.
Instagram comment automation
An authorised GPTWala administrator may connect a professional Instagram account through Meta's Instagram Login and configure a rule that responds when a person comments a chosen keyword. The rule may publish a public reply, send a private reply, check whether the person follows the account, and deliver a tracked link requested by that interaction.
- Only authorised administrators may connect or configure an Instagram account.
- Rules must not be used for spam, deception, harassment, prohibited content or unlawful data collection.
- Instagram availability, delivery windows, permissions and rate limits are controlled by Meta and may change.
- Access can be revoked from Instagram or Meta account settings at any time.
Third-party services
Parts of the service depend on providers such as Meta, Supabase, Hostinger, Amazon, Zoom, Razorpay and Google. Their own terms and platform policies also apply. We are not responsible for a third party's outage, account decision, API restriction or content-removal decision.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service in a way that violates law or a connected platform's policies. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You give GPTWala the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to operate the requested service. GPTWala branding, software and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
No guarantee
We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular business result, or delivery by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may follow the data deletion instructions to request deletion or disconnect a social account.
